Design
I love a design of a wedding box but would like it for a baby box or book. Is this possible?
YES! All designs can be personalised to whatever you like. If you see a design thats on a box but we don't have it on a book we can do that for you as well. Just in contact with us and tell us what you like. You can email us at info@loveolivex.co.uk.
I have an idea for a design that you haven't done yet... Can i get a bespoke design made?
Yes i love doing bespoke designs for people. There is an extra charge for bespoke designs which is £10. You will be sent over previews until its perfect for you. All you need to do is send us a message with what you would like and we will explain to you how to order. No designing will be made until payment has been made.
I have made an order. Will i get a preview sent?
Yes we send previews for all our boxes, books, bespoke items and birthday boards before we burn them. This gives you the opportunity to make any changes. This will be sent to you email you provided at check out.
The only time you wont get a preview is if its a non personalised item or one of the whiteboard birthday boards where a name is just inserted.
I love the design but would like a different font and wording. Is that ok?
Thats completely fine. You wont get charged the bespoke fee for font change or wording. Bespoke fee is for the imagery and design.
Shipping
How long will my item take to make and post?
It depends on the item. Sometimes upto 2 weeks in busy periods. All turnaround times will be updated on the home page banner.
Can i upgrade my postage once the order is placed?
You sure can. Simply email us at info@loveolivex.co.uk and we will be happy to help with this.
Delivery has not arrived. How can i track this?
Once your order is posted an email to confirm this will be sent. In this email there will be the tracking info. We sadly do not have the option to send text and emails from the courier selected to give you and eta. So we advise you check the tracking link within the postal email.
I need my order for a specific date.
Please email us as info@loveolivex.co.uk before hand to make sure we can get this out on time for that specific date.
On the checkout there is a notes section, please add any date that the item is needed for there aswell.
Returns
Can i return my item?
On personalised items no sorry. This is because the item will be custom and unique to your needs. If the item is not personalised then yes but there is a restocking fee that will apply. This is 20% of the order value.
My item has arrived damaged
We are sorry if this does happen. Please email us the order number and images within 24 hours of receiving the order. We advise checking all items once received as any damage outside of this time frame we will struggle to claim for damage.
My item has a spelling mistake on it
Please make sure when filling out the personalisation that all spelling is correct. If the spelling on the item matches what you have put on the order then there will be no return.
If we have made the error then another item will be sent out immediately.
