How 'Love Olive x' became the best decision of my life!

Hi Everyone, My name is Eleni, I am 29 years old and I am a stay at home mum to my two beautiful babies Olive & Ozzy. Miss Olive was the whole inspiration behind the business. I had never done pyrography before and went on YouTube watched a few videos and decided to create a Christmas Eve box for her first Christmas. I shocked myself when it came out pretty well. I showed all my family and friends and they all said to me, 'YOU COULD SELL THEM!'. I was on maternity at the time and it was in the height of Covid and I thought I will give it a try. I named the business after the first love of my life and started on instagram. The response I got was incredible and I thought that's it... i'm not going back to work. I'm going to focus on growing Love, Olive x because it was my passion.

I originally started off hand burning all my products as i couldn't afford the big laser engraver machines and within the first two months of being on Etsy i realised my little hands couldn't take the amount of orders i was getting working all hours to get orders out. I saved up those two months and finally bought myself the laser engraver machine and i have never looked back. My hands were certainly thanking me as my business completely took off. 

I do everything myself... I design all the designs, I do all the packaging, social media, i even made the website myself and I do it all while being a mum. Its a busy life but I love it. I love speaking to my customers and designing something special and bespoke for them. If I cause a few happy tears then I know I have done well :)
